Our focus is on the rural / small libraries. State Library and State Library Associations, along with the Regional Library systems invite our team to present workshops, leadership institutes and related board development and community programs to propel public libraries into a respected leadership role in the community.
Team members are authors, speakers, nationally recognized trainers, and are featured on Web Junction Webinars and blogs providing specialized training and topic discussions for public library trustees and directors. Governance, policy issues, Director/Board relations,budget development and management, ethics and board conduct are just a few of the vital topics covered in these communications.
Local venue workshops and seminars are some of the most productive and cost-effective gatherings of library leaders with specific needs being addressed by our knowledgeable team. Energetic, lively and enjoyable get-togethers with inter-active participation and learning opportunities that provide effective take-home ideas and practices.
